The Texas 8 2012 Official Thread

Friday, April 27th - Sunday April 29th 2012
Event Info:
This years event will be taking place in Kerrvile with us making the "Three Sisters run" on Saturday. The event will include a group dinner on Friday night, making the Three Sisters run on Saturday and then another dinner Saturday night along with raffling off prizes and then say good-bye's and check out Sunday. Room: Courtyard Queen Queen (yes, two queen beds)
Price: $90 / night (+tax)
Make sure to mention that you are part of the RX8 Club when you call so you get our group rate.
Once you call in and get your room reserved please post up on here that you have done so, we will then start a list so everyone can see who all is attending.
When you post it up make it look like as follows-
Forum name - City you are located from, if you have a guest, - and if you are staying at hotel and who if you are rooming with someone

Itinerary:
(Remeber these times are just rough estimates, they can change drastically due to road conditions and the speed of your group)
Friday:
6:30 PM: Meet in hotel lobby for dinner.
7:00 PM: Eat dinner TBD
Saturday:
9:30 AM: Meet in hotel lobby (for directions and instructions).
10:00 AM: Leave for first leg
12:00 PM: Eat lunch (Subway And Texaco Station #305683 844 S. US 83 LEAKEY, TX 78873 Location )
12:30-1:00 PM: Get Gas.
1:00 PM: Leave for second leg
3:00-3:30 PM: Take a break and get a snack (The Apple Store, Love Creek Orchards 14024 State Hwy 16 North, Medina, TX 78055 www.lovecreekorchards.com)
3:30 PM: Head back to the hotel.
6:30 PM: Meet in hotel lobby for dinner
7:00 PM: Eat dinner (Buzzie's BBQ 213 Schreiner Street Kerrville, TX 78028-4462 http://www.buzziesbbq.com/)
