Randy has to go out of town on business so unfortunatly he isn't going to make it.....really sucks....but Dave and I have continued on his great idea from last year and made it a reality this year!!!

I updated the website to show your 2, sorry about that.

I know today is a most unfortunate day for everyone effected by the Hurricane. I would like everyone to know that the Brotherhood of the Dragon will be donating a very substantial sum of money to the relief effort of the American Red Cross. This donation will be made through my company and we will be MATCHING DOLLAR FOR DOLLAR the amount that the BOTD donates. During our trip next week we will be collecting as much as we can from all of the participants and that amount will be matched as well.

With all of that said, today is the last day for registration so if you are on the fence about coming, time to make the good decision and come!!! Check out the website link in my signature and we hope to see everyone there!!

Well its a little after 2 here in Florida and we are off!!! See everyone there today!

Made a quick update to the Agenda. We are going to have a mandatory safety demonstration at 8pm on Wednesday night (thats tonight) for everyone that is going to make it to town by then. It will take place in DaveT's cabin. Take a look at the agenda one last time before you head out.

Thanks guys!!!!

Is anyone leaving Florida Thursday noonish?

I'm thinking of becoming a late registrant and heading up tomorrow to be there by late evening and I wouldn't mind teaming up with another 8 for the drive.

I'll be going I-75 to Atlanta so if you're on the way, let me know.

well since brian was in front he got screwed...i barely saw the cop myself, i was in a daze also . as soon as i saw him with the gun my detector flipped out showing that we got nailed with laser...i braked hard and he got in his car so fast that he punched it and was even with me in the emergency lane before i even got back down to the speed limit so i knew one of us was gettin it

oh yeah then i stopped at the exit immediately after and got gas...when i got back on the on ramp theres the same cop with the gun and an suv trooper in front of him waitin for me....i thought greeeeat! so i creeped by him nice and slow and he gives me the stare down, radios to the suv which proceeds to do a super trooper move and floor it up to my rear bumper and swerve around me to get someone else...so needless to say i had to stop again and use the facilities

canada huh? almost made it

10 Signs you've been spending time killing dragons:

1. You think a friendly wave at a cop will get you out of anything.
2. Coming down the street in your own neighborhood, a neighbor pulls into his driveway and you blast by in the grass with a peace sign out the window and a polite honk of the horn
3. You get stuck behind slow traffic and start doing that stupid thing with your hand out the window lol
4. You actually preflight your car before a quick errand to the store
5. Your DSC light has burned out
6. You've found creative yet naughty uses for Borla stickers
7. Semi's are even more terrifying, even when they're parked
8. You challenged a biker to a bar fight
9. You still have that annoying "rocking boat" feeling in your ear after weeks on dry land
10. You've given up on sane MPG numbers

Too funny. This week was a blast. I can't wait until next year. Maybe i will have a car this time. It sure would have been nice to have the exhaust and an intake on the old one. Aren't you glad I wasn't eligible Brian . Hope everyone made it home safe and we'll see ya next year.

Well I finally got all my pictures resized and posted. I will be working on the MazdaNow.com site to put everyone's pictures there like last year. So if you have a link to all your pictures or if you want to zip them up and send them to me I will be glad to post them there.

I will also be putting together a DVD with all of the footage from the Dragon Runs as well as all the pictures, this will be available in a week or so.

Here are links to my pictures:

Also, I digitizing all of the camera footage tomorrow night. I will be glad to write that as well as the pictures on to DVD's for anyone that wants one. I guess $6 shipped should cover everything.

We are also putting together a video and will be posting that online for download or I can write that to a DVD when it is finished, but that won't be done for a week or so.

You can paypal me at jcgrim@comcast.net if you would like a copy.
