Rear suspension torque specs

Does anyone know what the torque specs are on the 4 bolts that attach that lateral brace on the rear shock towers? Ya know the first thing u see when u peel back the trunk liner.

One of them was loose and it seems to have done away with the booming sound. I will be stunned if this turns out to be the fix.

BTW, how do u access the top bolts on the shocks they are behind a metal shroud!

Not sure about the brace itself but I got these from the racing beat instructions and used them while I put my PSS9s in this weekend:

Top Plate/Cover to chassis nuts (in trunk) - 14mm head nuts (34-46 ft lbs)
Top Plate/Cover to bracket bolts (in trunk) - 14mm head bolts (28-38 ft lbs)
