VLeds Switchback: Type 2

I'm having timing issues with the switch back signals. It's not that it's blinking too fast - all the time. It'll blink normal for a couple seconds, then a quick blink, then go back to a couple seconds of normal timing, then a quick blink.

The car is standing still so there's nothing moving around.

Yes, I installed the correct ohm resistor.

Edit: I double-Checked the wiring today. I crimped harder on the splice connections and it worked.
