New engine codes( p0139, p0076)

Good morning Rx8 club once again Im here asking for the wisdom of this life saving forum lol. Two nites ago the check engine light came on the but the car is running beautifully. So this morning once I got to work I plugged the scanner in to find out whats up and I have 2 codes the p0139 and a p0076. I know its a bad air control solenoid(s) and a possible o2 sensor but I was wondering if the combination of the two holds som significance. I have an 05 6spd with an aem intake and after market converter which I had glowing once do to a missfire, but She has shown no signs of failure. Maybe I cooked the insides out of the converter I simply do not know. Any and all help as always is apreciated

P0076 - VDI solenoid valve control circuit low (this is one of the intake valves)

Short to ground in wiring harness between main relay terminal C and VDI solenoid valve terminal A

Short to ground in wiring harness between VDI solenoid valve terminal B and PCM terminal 1W
PCM malfunction

Rear HO2S circuit slow response
