Help - vibrations when accelerating

Do you have any ideea why my 8 vibrates slightly left-right when I accelerate hard ? Could it be because of the engine mounts ?

It could be engine mounts, it could be a misaligned or loose power plant frame, it could be a misfire....

Your car is an '04, so engine mounts and coils (and plugs and wires) should probably be on your maintenance list anyway. If the ppf has been taken off (for a clutch replacement), has it been bolted back up in the correct Mazda sequence?

Good luck.

She had an engine replacement in the summer of 2006, but I purchased her an year ago... And I hope it's not a misfire, because misfires happen randomly, but my issue happens every time.

Could it be because of the rear transmission ? It's easy to imagine that uphill it requires more power to move the car.

Hi. I have the same problem but not only when the car is uphill. I always feel vibrations after hard drive when accelerating in 1st gear.
