alrighty so i posted a thread a few days ago about my clutch problems.... i have finally had some time to look around online and take a look at my clutch ... and it seems as if a bracket broke ... now the clutch moves to the right everytime its engaged....

anyways my question to everybody who is able to reply is ... have you ever had any issues with this,? i have read online that alot of rx8s over 50k have this problem.... mine is at 45k... so about the same as i have read.... i called the dealer and they said it is not covered and will cost 600$ to replace... i know it doesnt cost that much and have ordered a new clutch pedal along with the reinforced bracket but has anyone been ripped off? it seems all the mazda dealers are asses... maybe if alot of mazda rx8 owners get together we can do something??
