Can someone explain or direct me to a site that tells what is a pulley kit?

This is where they put smaller light weight pulleys that power the airconditioner and other stuff. With the racing pulleys it gives less power to auxilliary devices thereby increasing hp. It very minimal from my experience, but if you can why not =)
