NMU or standard solenoids?

i have 2 nitrous kits i have had laying around, both are brand new.

I have a NOS brand dry kit with 25 and 50 hp jets
I also have a zex wet pro-cool (i think) series kit.

Now both these kits use the standard style solenoids for no2 and fuel (wet only)

?s there any added benefit of running a NMU over the individual solenoids?

Im only going to be running a WET 25 shot for the time being and maybe 50 later..
