stock alarm key fob question, please help!
k, my battery died on both of my key fob and didnt get replace but like a month later, buttons wouldnt work so tried to reprogramm the fobs, 3 times turning the key ignition on and then push 3 times the black piece of rubber on side of the door that i read on the DYI section but still wouldnt work so wifey went to the dealer and they try it also and told her key fob was damaged and she needed to buy a new one, has this happen to anybody? i mean is it possible to get damage? i mean they are in very good condition, please advice what can i do?

i'd say if you've tried the DIY on programming and it didn't work then it must be broken. get new ones from transponder island on ebayand program them yourself. alot cheaper than at the dealership.
