Huh? How are you even using it, Wine?
I suspect you'll need VirtualBox and a copy of Windows.
There is an OS X version of AccessPort Manager which uses libusb, but I don't think you can even run that natively.

There are wine packages that include those .DLL s

also check here http://wiki.winehq.org/USB and try contacting Alexander Morozov, He is doing the main effort to support simple USB drivers in wine. It would probably be really easy for him to script a native linux driver for the AP
