TN 2004 Mazda RX-8, 105k miles, tons of mods, rebuilt engine

Year: 2004
Make: Mazda
Model: RX-8
Price: $7000
Mileage: 105000
Color: Green (Nordic Green Mica)
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (US State/Canada/Int): TN

Up for sale is my 2004 Mazda RX-8. It spent the first half of its life in Atlanta, GA, and its second half in Nashville, TN. I am the second owner of this vehicle. Over the past years, I have spent a lot of money on upgrades, modifications, replacement parts, and general maintenance to keep it in top shape. I have babied this car for as long as I've owned it, and it is in fantastic condition considering its age. For the past year, it has been garaged and only driven once a week.

The Good:
Rare factory paint color: Nordic Green Mica (only on 2004 models)
Low mileage for the age of the car (105k miles @ 8,750 miles per year avg.)
Overall paint is in great condition
6-speed manual gearbox is a lot of fun
All of the factory options installed: heated seats, bi-xenon HID headlights, sunroof, leather seats
Engine runs strong, starts right up, and has no known mechanical issues
A/C blows cold, and was recently serviced.
Engine was rebuilt with new apex seals, bearings, rotor housings, and motor mounts in 2014. This is a common occurrence with rotary engines, and ultimately will need to be done on every RX-8 after 80,000 miles. Engine runs, pulls strong, and will continue to do so for a long time. Engine was rebuilt by Kevin Landers at Rotary Resurrection. Mileage at time of rebuild was 88,400. Proof of rebuild can be shown upon request. I still have all the original receipts from it.
New struts all around were done last August.
Interior is in 9/10 condition.
Leather seats have some scratches, but the leather is still in great condition with no tears whatsoever.
Leather on steering wheel is in fantastic condition.
A ton of aftermarket parts and modifications including:
TurboXS cat back exhaust (~$650)
Rota G-Force 18 x 9 wheels (~$860)
AEM cold air intake (~$350)
Exedy stage 1 racing clutch (~$350)
Black Halo Racing ignition coils, plugs, and wires (~$550)
Recently resurfaced flywheel (~$40)
6000k LED side marker, parking, and fog lights (~$225)
Red LEDs interior (~$100)
LED turn signals, tail/brake, and reverse lights ($200)
JL Audio 12" subwoofer (~$280)
Kenwood amp and DPU500BT radio (~$400)
Metra double-din dash Kit (~$100)
Infinity speakers (~$400)
Piano black VooDoo shift **** (~$75)
Black fender strakes (~$100)
N3Z1 starter upgrade (~$150)
New Optima Red Top high CCA battery (~$200)
Rebuilt engine w/ new seals, bearings, housings (~$4,500)
Mazda OEM motor mounts (~$300)
Smoked side markers (~$100)
"Evil M" emblem front & rear (~$40)
Factory "Aero" kit (fender flares, front lip, spoiler, side skirts)
Red stitched perforated leather shift boot (~$100)
Almost $5,600 in aftermarket modifications done in the past few years.

The Bad:
Headlight lenses are showing their age, but can be restored
Front bumper has some rock chips, scratches, and some other blemishes
Some minor dents (no larger than a penny) appear around the car, but not much
Radio sometimes cuts in and out when driving, I am 90% sure it is due to a loose wire behind the radio, and could probably be fixed in under an hour with some electrical tape, but I don’t care to mess with it since I do not drive it right now
Tires are worn, and might need replacing in the not-so-distant future

I am sad to see the RX-8 go, but I need to get rid of it since I am graduating college soon. It has served me well for many years, and I hope it will find a well-deserving owner.
