2004 Mazda RX8 - 2 owners - grey with almost all options. It does not have nav, but does have leather, moonroof, all spoilers (front, back, side, rear side things). I just paid $4k for a brand new engine at the Mazda dealership 2 tanks of gas ago. I have the receipts. It has a 1 year warranty on that. I also have receipts for a new battery and rear rotors that were installed within the past 1000 miles.
The Bad: - a viper wrecked in front of me and i sideswiped his front end (he was sideways as i passed) which bounced me into a mini van, so both sides have damage. it is driveable. the steering wheel is off center but i have driven the car off and on for the past 2 weeks since the accident. Depending on who fixes the car, it could be fairly reasonable, or very costly. it doesn't appear to have any extensive damage, it looks like it is all cosmetic but unfortunately nearly the legnth of the car on both sides..lol...I am keeping my Rota wheels/tires so it will have stock wheels on it
It has a Turbo XS exhaust and test pipe on it (i have a cut stock exhaust but it was cut near the CAT so the flange isn't on it). - the new engine which has a warranty, new battery, recent inspection..
I have receipts for more than $5k (the engine, battery, rotors and exhaust are more than $5k) so my price seems reasonable to me.

ps... i have the clear PA title... as far as i know this has not been reported to car fax but who knows how that works.... i have the title at my house though for a simple transaction, and the car is driveable..

Seriously Dude, how could you hit someone that wrecked in front of you? Didn't you see him lose it, and you still hit him.
