so i spent a good 3 hours cleaning, waxing, vacuuming, etc etc. as i was giving it a look over i noticed a brown discoloration in a sort of curved line down the front of my hood, i used a mild abrasive to help get some of the salt off. i thought maybe i'd left it on too long and it burned the paint. i got an old tshirt and started buffing it until my arm was burning. i was literally sweating about it, and as i wiped off my forehead i looked up and noticed a rope hanging from the ceiling. the soft lighting of the garage made its shadow look like a brown line going down my hood.

i felt like such an idiot, this kind of crap only happens in the three stooges!
