No contact car wash machine & wax build up

No contact car wash machine & wax build up

Hello all,

Does anybody know if the soap used in no contact car wash machines is OK for cars that have wax build up meaning that the soap doesn't remove the wax on the car.

that machine will only take off lose dirt. anything strong enough to take off dirt thats tight will effect your wax and later your paint. your talking about a jet stream of water being shot at your car.

I've been using the no-touch car washes all winter to "try" to keep the salt buildup to a minimum. Works for about a day!!!

I usually get one everytime I fill up, so good thing the 8 needs gas weekly, eh?
