This is the power steering harness that is located underneath the air box. The electrical connectors are known to corrode if your overflow bottle ever overflows. This had happened to me and I wound up cleaning the connectors real well and the problem went away. That was after I had already bought the replacement part. This is brand new still in the original package.

Harness still available, the package is 14oz coming from 19382. Most likely shipping will be around $5. It should fix your power steering problem miss lizzie.
