steering wheel emblem

does anyone else get blinded by the suns reflection off the emblem on the steering wheel? will it pry off with out getting ruined?

cannot say i do , and use electrical tape it adds horsepower lol kidding i think its just as stupid as the emblems on the bumper might leave holes

Adjust your seat.

I really don't see how this is a problem.

It's not like my GoldWing that is in direct sunlight.

That emblem sucks

Just buy a little square of some 3m Di-Noc carbon fiber wrap and apply over the logo. Or maybe paint it black or something.

This has happened to me in my S1...

Its mostly sun with the sunroof open. It doesn't happen often enough for me to do anything about it though. (Thank you Ohio weather)

Ok so maybe the di-noc is not a good idea. I have seen it used on logos on exterior. Has to be cut and applied it's not easy that small.

hmm never had a problem with this maybe its becuase i dont sit striaght up when i drive i usually lean on the console or the armrest on the door and when i do sit straight up i sit straight up enough where i never have this problem the carbon fiber dry wrap sounds interesting though.... if you wrap the silver trim also it would look good ..... wheres that diy thread?

fo me the drive seems to line up with the sun.... i'll probably just paint it flat black. so does anyone know if the emblem can be peeled off and reused?
