Racing Beat

These guys might (just might :D ) be familiar to the Miata and RX7 guys, they have sent me this e-mail in regards to their plans for the RX8.

We are informed of "bits and pieces" of the progress of the RX-8 through Racing Beat's co-founder, Jim Mederer. He has been working very closely with Mazda on several projects and has been following the progress of the car. Unfortunately he is not made aware of any release dates, specs, etc... (Even if he told us some juicy bit, we must keep our lips sealed!)

We do indeed plan on offering parts for this car, but without the car in front of us, it is hard to get started on any specific project. We are playing the waiting game along with everyone else.

Best regards,

Jim Langer

THEY KNOW SOMETHING! THEY KNOW SOMETHING, GOTTA GET THEM TO JOIN THE FORUM, or gettem really drunk and let em ramble on about the car.... HE HE HE:D

Mazda knows that a lot of people would be interested in modding this car. They really should get early models out to tuners ASAP so that parts are immediately available.
