hi i bought a 2004 mt private owned with 32000 miles . the seller who i now didnt give me no warranty papers or records of maintenace because he bought use too . my question is if im still cover by warranties because i never have receive no letter of the new warranties offer. what can i do . or im still cover .thanks ahead for the replies

Yes you have a 5yr 60K miles(power train and a 8yr 100k miles engine warranty) from when it was first purchased. Go to or call a dealer or call Mazda America. They can give you a print out of your cars history and what is left of your warranty. Then let us know if they helped you.

But.........if the previous owners only went to Quikee Loob for oil changes, or if they did it themselves, the dealer would have no record of its service history.

Without some sort of receipts or maintenance records, the dealer could deny warranty service because there is no proof.......the dealer would have no idea if the oil only got changed every two years or 20,000 miles.

Correct me if I am wrong, please.
