Searched, couldnt find it. Haven't checked the manual yet, but im at work so ill post.
anyone know how high the trip odo goes? Reason being, every winter, I reset my TRIP B computer to see how many miles i put on my winter tires. Then I switch back to A to keep track of regular driving and each gas tank. So, when I got my car back the B trip said 700 miles, and Ive put on at least 2000 since i put my winter tires on.
My trip A never gets more than 220 as i reset it after each fillup. So, the question is, do the trip odos reset at 999? If not, not sure why my trip b had such low mileage. The battery has not been disconected and even if it had, it should have read less than indicated.

One item I wish Mazda would add to the digital trip odo display, a real-time MPG estimate, and cumulative MPG counter. I have this on my 04 Jetta GLI and love playing the "see what mileage I'll get" game on long trips where I can't speed (too many tickets now).
It would be nice if the trip ODO were smart enough to switch over to 1000 miles, and then go up to 9999 instead of keeping the .x designation on the trip odo.

I hadn't noticed that the ODO only went up to 999 until I saw this thread. That kinda sucks...I liked to use the trips to keep track of how many miles until oil change. Ah well...
