Help with sun visor

You know the slot in the sun visor for cards and the like? My parking card somehow got jammed in too far so that it's not even visible anymore- needless to say I cant get it out and I need it in the morning to get into the parking garage at school. Any ideas?

I would put some double-sided tape on a thin piece of metal and slide it in next to the card; try to draw it out that way.

sorry doc, just wanted to cover all the ground - some people only visit one board or the other.

Thanks Hard 8 - that was an idea I had too, haven't tried it yet. I need to find something to use.

I got it out by putting some doublesided tape on the end of a credit card, jamming it into the slot, and pulling it out fast. Thanks guys!

Now, why is this slot not supposed to be used for parking cards?

What slot on the sunvisor? Just checked both the driver and passenger side. Nothing resembling a slot on either one.

When the visors are folded (not in use) just to the right of the center of the flat part of the visor is a slot. I'm fairly certain they're for keeping licenses, parking cars etc. There's something that keeps cards from going in too far, somehow mine got jammed in there.

Thanks for the tip- I had never noticed that slot. I would have definitely used that for things like turnpike toll tickets (if I still lived in FL) or other temporary cards, etc.

It took me a week to stumble on to the coin holoder, and now another compartment that I didn't know I had. Are there any more secret stashes in there?

Moved up from West Palm (Wellington to be exact) a year and a half ago due to work. It's hard being up here in Big 10 Territory... at least tonight's hoops game is on ESPN...

Go Gators!

Thanks, noahprtlnd! Just took another look. This time with my glasses on. I thought I had already found all the nooks and crannies.
