Excuse me if this is in the wrong forum...

But i was wondering if it was possible to purchase those silver accents that are on the side of the center console. (mine are all scratched up) or is there anything i can do to them to make them look better?

you can remove them and get them painted...or replace them. It isn't difficult...just a bunch of screws

I think there is a DIY for the console removal
