This is the company that makes FP+. I received a gallon of FP+ in the mail and it had leaked all over the place. I have about half a gallon left. I emailed them and they quickly responded. LCD Inc is processing my order today and shipping me another gallon at no cost and told me to keep what I have left. I guess there are still some customer oriented company's out there. Just wanted to let everyone know they have good customer service.

Yep, they are very responsive. (Maybe not the best shippers, 'though. I too had a package that leaked before it got to me.) They notified me that they had sent a replacement shipment and apologized for the delay that I had not even noticed.
Contrast that with a major vendor here (no I won't say) who more than once told me he had stock to ship out immediately when he did not. When I called him on it, long string of excuses for why it was always someone else's fault when I still had not received my order several weeks later.
