One owner 2007 RX-8 Sport with low miles!

This is a well maintained, one-owner car, all stock, garaged at home and at work, with very low miles, primarily driven by my wife (an excellent stick shift driver). All maintenance records. 6-speed manual. Non-smoker. 9 out of 10, inside and out. Just 27,000 mi. 18-inch wheels, limited slip, factory anti-theft, tire pressure monitoring.
Also available, a second set of wheels, mounted with winters for 4-season mobility!

Hump Day bump! Have received a number of inquiries, and a couple of offers, but still waiting for a serious offer with money in hand and a target purchase date that's less than a month away.
Everyone who has seen the car has raved about the condition -- the number one question I get is "what's wrong with it?"; number two is "why are the miles so low" (answers are the car is nearly perfect and the miles are low because I live and work downtown and I walk to work).
Any serious buyers out there?
