The guy starting this channel, used to run the old Speedvision before Fox bought it and turned it into Speed TV (NASCAR TV). It would be great to see Rally, Boats and Airplanes again.

I dont mind some Nascar but Speed at times is turning into what MTV is now, more reality shows than actual video's. I dont really care to watch 3 different shows about Nascar all talking about the same race. I dont care to watch 3 different shows on Sunday Night all about well the same thing...
1) The Nascar post race show
2) The Speed Report (more like The Post-post Race show with a 30 second blurb about whatelse happened in racing durring the week)
3) Wind Tunnel (Bitch Fest about the Nascar Race while Dispain attempts to talk about other forms of racing but as always fails due to the callers)

Be awsome to see a hour show that says I dunno.. follows SpeedSource for a week as they prepare for a Rolex Race. Then the following week the show follows another team of another race series. The shows that Speed puts out for Nascar are well produced just not sure why the hell they dont spluge like this on a similar show for another racing series. 'eh I'm tired and could rant more but hopefully this network comes to reality and makes Speed wake the hell up!

Speed puts that on in the winter during off hours. They also show British & German touring car series. You need a PVR to catch em.

i miss pikes peak, rally, well ****...everything that was on Speedvision before nascar took over.

btw, anyone know where I can get that t-shirt that says "BORING" in the Nascar logo/font?

I voted. Hope to God it happens. SPEED has dropped nearly every form of racing that made me originally subscribe 5 years ago. Come to think of it, WTF has taken me this long to cancel SPEED. It's absolutely horrible and has been for years.

I would watch it, would even pay extra to have it. I get tired of SPEED showing the ARCA/Hooters series on repeat, when there is plenty of good racing to watch out there.

Venting Start

I am tired of watching a channel called SPEED install 15's in trunks, and 22 inch rims. I am also tired of all the Nascar shows, especially Craftman truck series. OMG, a bunch of rednecks racing trucks? You call that speed? And NOPI isn't all that either. Nice cars, but it's just a bunch of mainstream crap. Most people there are there to party not for cars.

I would love to see some rally races. Definately more european touring class races. Speed doesn't cover the Konis challenge either (not much anyway, maybe 1 a season).

I can't wait till Friday's Nascar Qualifing then the Truck Series and then the following day watch Nascar Final Practice to be followed by the Busch Series then followed by a repeat of "Lucas On The Edge" or "Monster Trucks"............

I bet Speed is curious as to why some of their ratings are going down. People are sick of watching all this Nascar. Some is good what they have is pure over saturation. Also some of the good informational shows they have they slap 'em on early Sunday Morning. Motorweek and Motortrend and one other I believe but they put them on this ungodly timeslot. I used to love watching those shows since they at times had some great guests.

Pinks was good for all of 10minutes. I'm sorry I dont care to watch 2 people race cars they've admitted to building in less than a month (recently I've noticed alot of them have said "4 days") and hence have no real attachement to the cars, then bitch moan and groan like a bunch of friggin' 10 year old bitches asking for lengths and no Nitrous or wanting to go Motor to Motor. Why I like their new All Out off shoot. No bitching or moaning just "how much cash? Ok now line 'em up!". But having Pinks be time slot filler for a entire night when you could possibly be airing a actual car race to me is just friggin' stupid.

Everyone bitches that nascar is killing the network, but everytime I turn it on I see dumb reality show. Like right now whats on? Unique Whips, then 2 hours of bikers - american thunder and then epic ride. I hate you NASCAR!

What we need is a network that has only racing. The only non racing I will stand for is Top Gear.

thank you, that is what bugs the crap out of me, at times, they will air 6 episode of re-runs of pinks, or some other lame show, when there are a bunch of Koni Challenge, or WRC, or any number of European car races that could have been aired. from time to time they show the Porsche Super Cup races, but they condense them down to two whole races in 30 minutes, and there is some really good racing in that series. plenty of good motorsport out there, that we don't need Pinks for a day. and Unique Whips belongs on MTV, since they don't play videos anymore.

I thought it was funny, that they put a few of the F1 races on FOX, at prime time, live, and they were dumbing down the coverage, and trying to get American fans to like F1, like they like NASCAR. I was glad when I heard Bob Varsha say that the FOX broadcast time was over for 2007, I was glad when it went back to SPEED.
