Looks like a regular 4 door. I think the only reason the doors are so well received in the 8 is because the rear suicide doors allow the car to maintain more of a sporty coupe look. I think in a car that looks like a plain old 4 door, people will simply find them as an inconvenience.

at work we have a ford courier (4wd extended cab utility) and it has our doors as well 
it even has the same latching mechanism with no b pillar. it was released before the rx-8.
Mazda just raided the parts bin for the 8
