BMW certified Preowned-great deals
I beat the **** out of my 8 and it's now time to get another car. the roads here in NJ are horrible and I'm really getting sick of the rattles. With all the construction and potholes around here, I feel every bump and my ride isnt so comfortable. Anyway, i was looking for a used X5 yesterday and I went to a preowned BMW dealership. BMW offers 2.9-3.9% financing on certified preowned BMW's with an extended 6 year, 100,000 mile warranty. That financing rate is regardless of your credit. Is there a better deal out there? 2.9% financing on a used car is unheard of for someone with an average credit score like myself. The warranty is also spectacular. Plus, it is a BMW. Any thoughts?

The BMW CPO program is great. I have a couple freinds who bought through it, and they're very pleased. Get a CPO M3 though, why on earth would you want an X5. You obviously don't need an SUV if you made due with an 8, and despite what you heard at the jr. boys soccer practice, poor roads is not a reason to get a truck.

if he is complaining about stiff suspension, somehow I don't think an M3 is a good idea. For me, on the other hand, would be the few pre-owned BMW's I would look at.

hahaha. jr. boys soccer practice. i like that. I'm a 26 year old male with no kids and havent been to any of those. I'd love an M3, but I drive around like a maniac now with my 8. I just have no self control. I'd be speeding the same with an M3. i think i need to just chill out and get a comfy truck.

I understand totally about the bad roads. I live in PA (near NJ), and it's starting to bother me with my STI. I don't mind the stiff ride, but you add in the warped roads, with potholes, and bumps, and the car isn't even enjoyable anymore. As soon as I jump on the car, I have to brake because up ahead is a bad part of a road. I cant' even get the performance out of it. It never fails. Good roads are hard to come by here. That sound like a good deal. I just can't imagine buying a BMW, otherwise I'd consider it. Good luck!!
