Since this event is possible by vendors who donated parts and money, only those who purchase this years event shirt will be allow to participate in door prizes, awards, and FREE lunch and drinks at the event.
Shirts will look like this! Shirt Designed by: PureMdMa (Jeremy Stone).
Short sleeves (XS thru XL) will be $10 and Long sleeves will be $12.50
Short Sleeves bigger than XL will be $12 and Long Sleeve will be $14.50
I will accept paypal payments, money order, check, cashier's check, etc..
When sending a payment, I need your:
1. Forum SN and which forum
2. Real Name
3. City and State
4. Car info
this is to verify when you pick up the shirts at the event.
If you want me to mail it to you, it will be flat $10. Sorry, it might be less but I would have to pack it, drive it, fill out paper work, etc... So, flat $10 for shipping.

AGAIN, I had to refund 2 payments because they didn't put shirt size, SHORT OR LONG, SN, etc etc.. PLEASE, REMEMBER that I am not a mind reader!!
If you are not on this list below, you need to check your paypal and resend.. If your payment is not sent by March 4th, 11:59PM, I'm sorry but the price will go up to $20 for short sleeve and $24 for long sleeve.. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!

When sending a payment, I need your:
1. Forum SN and which forum
2. Real Name
3. City and State
4. Car info
5. Shirt type and Size
this is to verify when you pick up the shirts at the event.

If you are paying via Credit Card via paypal, please add the fee ($10.75 for short and $13.25 for long) and send the payment to: philipsohn2004@yahoo.com
If you are using bank transfer (no debit), please send $10 or $12.50 to: philipsohn2003@yahoo.com
If you send it to the wrong account or don't add any info, I will automatically refund and you will have to re-send it!
Once payment is recieved, I will add you to the list... If you are not on the list, you would have to give me the info above and which method you've paid.

After March 4th, 2007 - Prices of the shirts will be Shortsleeve - $20 and Long $25 (size S-XL) (lunch will be still FREE) but only limited number of shirts will be printed (maybe 40 extra total) and it will be first come first served!!
Once the shirts are sold out, and you want to get in on the lunch, Lunch will be $10/person... I recommend getting the shirts early! This will help us determine how to prepare for the event and let some of the local vendors know what to expect.

I had to refund, ANOTHER payment this morning... I think problem might be that people don't know how to add INFO/NOTE thru Paypal... Here is a screen shot of Paypal and where to add the needed info for the shirt purchase.. If you don't add it here, there is no way I'll know what you want.. I also don't check my emails... YOU MUST add the needed info thru PAYPAL!!!
