We all agree that regular maintenance is most important for our cars, as a new owner of an 8 I have studied the owners manual in depth and of course there is great info. on this forum.
So who knows best ?? I find numerous owners on this forum that do not use the recommended 5W 20 oil and also some owners that pre-mix. So if the owners that choose to disregard Mazda's recommendations have issues with their 8's could Mazda argue that the owners warranty could be voided.
In simple terms for example, if an owner was using pre-mix and they suffered an engine failure could Mazda reject the warranty claim ??

Based exactly what you asked.................first answer is.........nobody really, you have to make up your own mind after reading.
Your other answer about purely pre-mix and warranty would be "no".
Please don't start another friggin oil thread people!
