Hey, i recently installed Greddy exhaust sp2 and aem CAI, is there anything else i can do to improve noise AND performance?

Thanks!

To make more noise, replace the catalytic converter with a midpipe. The performance part is harder. Start searching and reading all you can.

Which midpipe works the best with Greddy Exhaust SP2? And what exactly does it do?

Thanks.

The midpipe will eliminate your Catalytic converter. It will also make you fail emissions testing and will also give you a Check Engine Light. Getting a nice Intake system would be good, Racing beat, Aem, K&N, or one of the many others should suit your need for sound.

no. Dude, I'm totally serious!

Do you want your car to sound like it has a turbo without spending $5000 on an actual turbo. The Exhaust BOV installs on your exhaust tip and makes it sound like a BOV from turbo every time you accelerate and let go of the gas pedal. Sound will vary between engines and mufflers. Best results are produced on a 3” exhaust tip.

I can't belive I just spent $6,000 on a $100 sound. I was fking ripped off. damn it.

also the midpipe will give u around 8-10hp. so thats kinda good for performance if you want. also the sound is AWESOMEEE. u'll hear the nice sweet loving voice of the rotary engine singing to you. hahah try getting the B&B test pipe. i have that it has a resonator so it wont be hella loud. cuz witout it.. u'll be heard everywhere. hahaha have fun

1 More quick question guys, i was thinkin about gettin k&n air filter, is that a good choice? And does the B&B Test Pipe generate a deep tone or high one?

Why would you get a K&N when you just bought the AEM CAI?

The AEM will give you an amazing sound at wide open throttle. Actually, about half throttle is pretty nice too.

as far as the intake goes, u should juss get the AEM cai. i think their almost the same price and the aem cai is juss better:) hahaha but the B&B test pipe does make a high tone. it CAN'T really be a deep tone. its a rotary engine. rotary engines have high tones and pistons have low tone. What you can do if you dont like high tone is get the B&B test pipe and then buy an exhaust which sounds low (borla or B&B) those two are pretty low compare to the others.

Please use an example of a car's exhaust sound that you want to emulate. We'll tell you if that is even possible.

If you want the deep rumble of a V8 forget it.

If you really want a loud car, get the 1st gen K&N intake, race pipe, greddy exhaust, and headers.

^my friend has the 1st gen K&N and greddy... it already sounds nasty. haha. i cant imagine it with a race pipe and header.

its a rotary engine. rotary engines have high tones and pistons have low tone.

WTF are you smoking?

Are you saying a Suzuki GSX-R has a low tone? Or an F1 race car? Or a weed whacker?
