Dipstick question

I've recently looked over my car after it's been sitting awhile. While checking out the oil, I noticed the dipstick has a large curve to it.

Is this normal? Or is my dipstick improperly bent?

I think they start out straight but get curved from use since you have to put it in at an angle.
