Hi folks,
I'm one of those who needs to wait about another year before I can afford to buy the car. Since I have to wait, I'm hoping the extra time will allow Mazda to fix whatever little issues/problems pop up with the first 2004 cars.
What will suck is that I'll probably be ready to buy early next summer, but I'll have to wait 'til September or October (?) before the 2005's come out. I'm wondering if carmakers start to fix problems (such as the much discussed A/C cycling or whatever) before the next model year. Will there be, in effect, a "2004.5" model RX-8?
If I knew the RX-8's that will be built later in the 2004 production run will address early problems, I might try to spring on a better deal on an '04 before the '05s arrive.
