What does it mean exactly? Do you notice the difference on the outside of the car? I just dont get the concept :)

if i recall correctly, rolling the fenders means reducing the "lip" that's on the inside of the fender (parallel to the ground)

and if i'm right about the above, then you can't notice it on the outside of the car

To roll the fenders ..... you make the lip on the inside of the fener roll up so it does not rub the tire ... how to roll them there is a old secret that i have used 100 times use a baseball bat (wood) and get it where it is tight in the bat and roll the bat and it rolls the inside of the fender lip up ... does not crack the paint or anything works great

Yes rolling the fenders means rolling the inside lip of the fender well. It's only needed if you get wider tires or lower springs and you notice your tires rubbing the inside of your wheel wells.

TireRack sells a fender rolling tool but it's kinda expensive. As the above poster said, you can also use a baseball bat to roll them.

I've always done mine with a miniature wooden T-ball bat. You can get them at Toys-R-Us for about $7.

i'd go to a wheel shop and get it done properly.
the wheels will have to come off,
use a proper roller and heat gun to soften the metal so it can be rolled, make sure there are no cracks on the edges
put the wheels back on and thats it.
try to avoid those wood/baseball bat methods and make sure a heat gun is used with the roller. ;)
