i bought a pair of slotted brake rotors but its a wrong size as my ride is an auto trans with smaller caliper hence i am thinking of changing from my current to the 6 spd rx8 caliper, inorder to fit my rotors. pls advise.

Are u still using the original 16inch rim?

If yes I do not think that u can use the 6spd RX8 caliper. cos the inner diameter of a 16inch rim is too small

i thought i read some where before, the calipers of the 6spd and auto is the same, the only different are the size of the rotors. Is there such things as changing the caliper's mount??

I may be wrong and confuse.

Is it that the caliper are the same or the rotor are the same size between the 210 hp and the 230 hp car.
Or both the caliper and rotor are different between the 210 hp and 230 hp cars???? :confused:

Both caliper and rotor are different. Not sure if standard 16" rims will fit. Bro... try asking sgrenesis. He upgraded to 6-spd calipers, rotors and Mazda 18" rims.
