I visit Japan about 2 or 3 times a year, will be in Tokyo Shinjuku towards the end of June. I know my way around Tokyo pretty well. Is there a Mazda Dealer that's close to a train station (walking distance)? Or how about specialty auto shops? I plan to pick up some of those Japan only RX-8 goodies. Arigatou Gozaimasu.

Welcome! to Tokyo Japan

Tokyo Mazda Yaesu show room
to Tokyo station. about 50 minutes by Cyuoh-sen (JR) from the Shinjuku station

I think, Mazda Dealer and auto shops do not have "the Japan only RX-8 goodies" yet.
...Something may be in a Mazda showroom.(I don't know about them)

and Usually, when you buy the option parts of RX-8, you need 3 or 4 day, after order.

have a nice trip!:D

Thanks EAST MOON! I just want to get some accessories like key chains, brochures, videos, model cars etc. Do they sell the model cars you all got as pre-order gifts?

Plus the cars aren't here yet in the US, so I just want to spend some quality time looking at one in the showroom.

Too bad there isn't a Mazda Showroom in Shinjuku, Tokyo eki is so big and confusing. It looks like on the map that you need to take the east exit, but there are many exits in Tokyo station. Do you know which exit I should take? And is there something on the street I can look for to make sure I'm going the right way (McDonalds, Tower Records, XX Building etc.)?

Thank you for your help.

EAST MOON, Thank you! You are so helpful. Believe it or not, I've been to a few of these stores in the past. I always visit Sakuraya Hobbicon and Yodobashi Camera when I come to Shinjuku. I also like Mr. Craft in Ebisu and Be-J in Kichijoji.

But this time I really want to visit a Mazda dealer to see the real car, so I will try to find the Mazda Yaesu showroom by Tokyo eki. Thanks again!

P.S. I have many Choro-Q cars too. I hope Tamiya will make a 1/24 plastic model and 1/10th RC car soon.
