What year us this car guys? Definitely not going to by it but my brother use to have one when I was 12-14 and this one looks better now then when he had his.

How is the performance of this car?

Wow, nice. Good thing it isn't an SE, because then I would be compelled to buy it!

that paint is beautiful on a 20 year old car...id be compelled if it was a fuel injected version.

I had the GSL-SE as my first car when I was 17 ... I loved that car !!!

I am almost tempted to buy this one ... I can't beleive how low the mileage is ...

Performance as far as acceleration is so-so in todays market ... figure 0-60 in the low 9 second range. Handling was good and the car was agile ... if I recall this model did not have fuel injection and there is a choke to help start it up.
in 1985 they had 4 models .. .the 'S', 'GS', 'GSL' & GSL'SE.

The S was basic no frills, the GS had more options and the GSL was a fully loaded car with only leather as an option, also this modeal had the same wheels in that picture but had white lettering on the tires where the GS had black wheels with no lettering. The GSL-SE was a model that was made in only 84 and 85, the only option again was leather but it had 35% more horsepower due to having the 13b 1.3 ltr engine (135 hp) (where others had the 12a 1.1 ltr (approx 100 hp)) ... it also came with upgraded 14" wheels, better suspension and if memory serves me right it had upgraded brakes.

That car ran 0-60 in the mid to high 7 second range ... which back in the day was pretty fast.

Overall a very reliable sports car and a ball to drive ... I loved mine when i had one back in 85 ...

I can never bring myself to buy something on ebay, especially not a car
