From: AL/GA...you pick
Tein S Techs have a great firmer ride to them and stiffen up the corners a bit...and the drop to me is absolutely perfect...Dan at Vivid can hook you up....

I have the RB set, with sway bars. If you want performance I think this is a no brainer for bang-for-the-buck. Works well with stock shock. Springs matched to sway bar. My car looks just as lowered as the TEIN's (well close). Can't beat the price for a suspension overhaul.

I got the Racing Beat setup (springs, front & rear swayway bars, & front swaybar endlinks) it is awesome. This setup really makes the RX8 a different car. The steering/cornering becomes so much better. The RB springs are specially made for the RX8 stock shocks. RB are RX car experts. I trust them implicitly.

very very close to not at all. on a rough road i notice that response left to right in the rear wheels is a little more.

How about wE nEvEr tyPe LiKe dIs aGAin!!!

In response to your post... i am also looking around now. I think i am going to go with mazdaspeed. If you see the sticky in this forum on spring rates, their stats are VERY impressive. I can't find the dampening rates on there shocks, but im sure they are just as aggresively in order to match the springs.

just to note. if u get the ms springs, u def need the ms shocks. the spring rates for ms is a big difference compared to stock. some ppl noted that the stock shocks and ms springs aren't the best combo.

I would go tein H. doesnt drop as much as S, but closer spring rate to stock.

How about Espelir Springs? I have one set of those in stock I''ll blow out to you for:

$150.00 shipped. If in cali it would be $160.00 shipped.
I have a friend with a black RX8 that we test fitted some 19's on with Espelirs on stock shocks:

Borrowed this from Potent: This has stock wheels.

Do you want to lower your car with a primary focus on appearance or performance?
