The phone is locked to the ATT network but can easily be unlocked for like $10 by some people on craigslist.org as well, use it on T-Mobile, Cingular, or any GSM network. What!? Damn that is a good deal. Yet for anyone still in contract the phone would be normally $500 or buying from someone else for like $200 used.
