New Miata will be longer, roomier

The next Miata, codenamed J04, is expected to arrive early in 2005, but will likely be sold as an early 2006 model year entry. The Miata will be riding on a longer wheelbase, and will measure in a bit longer as well. Slightly roomier inside -- occupants will find a bit more headroom, legroom and even more cargo area in the trunk.
Sources tell us the standard engine will be a 1.8-liter VVT four, with a possible rotary engine offered as an option. Enthusiasts are hoping for a lightweight V6 option, but there is no indication that will become a reality.
The new Miata is expected to be offered with ESP (Electronic Stability Program), as well as bigger brakes and 4 airbags.

I think it looks pretty nice, and i dont like convertibles.

Remember, if it says Priddy on it, then you know that it ISN'T true.

wow, yeah that's probably true... look at this:

New Boxster will be roomier, more powerful

This slightly odd-looking Boxster is actually just a shell of today's model, hiding the next generation 987 underneath.

The second generation Boxster is expected to be introduced sometime during 2004 or 20005 -- it's too early to speculate at this time. But we do know that the long awaited coupe will follow.

The new Boxster will keep its mid-engine layout, but the 987 will be more powerful and roomier than today's model. And if you look closely, you can see the new oval headlamp design.

hahaha... it's like a template report (and the picture above is of a current boxter, as far as i can tell)... jesus, how do these people make money???

I would love to have a rotary Miata in my Garage next to My RX-8.
