I went to discount tire a couple weeks ago and placed my order which I picked up today.

I got the Dunlop Wintersport M3's 225/50-17 - These are the higher end run flat version of this tire. They were running a special on the Devino 602 wheels for $85 each. They test fitted one and they look really sweet on my sunlight silver. The manager then gave me a $10 per wheel discount for the package.

Total cost of the package with Tax was $1,171.05

I must note that employees at Discount Tire were totally nuts about my RX-8 and treated it with the utmost TLC.

That's a great combo ! The wheels look great and the tires are very inexpensive. Do you know if they have the Wintersport in a size 215/50/17?

John does your R8 have the large disk and calipers in the front which are in the GT package??

Yes, I have the Grand Touring Package with the Auto Trans. I am ashamed to say I have the auto, but my wife made me get the Auto so she could drive it too.
