Currently out on the Market : K&N, RE, Shane Racing (SR), and AutoExe. Let me know if I missed any.

Shane Racing

Rotary Extreme

Auto Exe (on Corksport's website)

Trust/Greddy is not out yet. The one listed on this link is for a right hand drive 8:

HKS is not out yet but there is a thread out there w/ pics of a prototype:

http://www.rx8club.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=27930&perpage=15&highlight=hks%20intake&pagenumber=2

AEM is not out yet either. They have been trying to "develop" one since March. It's not done yet and no pics either:

http://www.rx8club.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=22992&highlight=aem+intake

Injen Intake not yet out (pic from this thread is probably a prototype as www.injen.com does not note that this is available to the public yet):

Hope this helps, but again, let me know if I missed anything.

The Rotary extreme intake is the best. I used to own K/N, it added absolutely no power. The RE rarely gets heat soaked, but still produces more than stock.

Don't mean to revive this thread...but the link to the RE intake site seems to be dead. I am looking to replace my filter and was trying to figure out the size needed. If anyone knows it would be much appreciated. i searched for Rotory Extremem and only got 12 hits...none that seem to have the info I need.

BTW I absolutely love my RE intake. Especially since I have an air duct infront of the filter so I get even more benefit from this set up. Very nice growl from it as well.

The SR has been reviewed and commented on. Good job on searching, keep going.

that particular design had the best potential, but was poorly executed
