horror story instaling alarm. need help what to tell dealer

So, after i got the recalls, i decided to install compustar at this place who acually does alarms for a living. I put my car in, hoping all things will go well. my two friends had theirs done fine without problems. So after the guy installs the alarm, my radio, lights inside, the alarm and stock wont open, and my power locks dont even work. They tried fixing it no LUCK. So now my car has no power locks, the remote doesnt work, radio is gone, engine light is on, car starts up weird, runs funny. I have to bring it to mazda on monday. The good thing about is the place is paying. But its a pain to bring it and seeing my baby go through it. So what should i say to mazda? They just dont work. Wouldnt they ask me how it happened? Saying someone tried installing an alarm would affect warrenty. Need help in what to say and what not to say. Thanks a lot. I screwed myself over, and my blacky is paying the price,

Since the shop is paying for it, tell the dealer what happened. It will make it easier to get the problem fixed 100%

Did this place think about taking there system out to resolve the prob? If there paying then don't worry too much. Alarms and remote starters rarely void warranties.

Have the dealer check the 15 A interior fuse located at the driver side kick pannel. I had the fuse blew by doing a stupid thing.... long story. I had the same issues. I am not sure about the engine light on or running funny since I did not started my car when I found the problem. After I replaced the fuse, I have to reprogram my radio and my trip meter reseted to 0.
Good luck!
