What service before delivery...
Hey gang,
My local dealership is buying my 8 from another dealership and having it shipped down, as it was the only one in the region with the color/options I wanted. I've been trying to keep track of all the TSBs and Recalls going on, but I'm getting confused.
I want to make sure that everything that can be done, is done before I take delivery of the car. So far I know about the airbag recall and the transmission damper. So I'll take the VIN ranges for those two with me and look for the sticker.
What else? Should I insist that the ECU is flashed to the latest version, or wait for problems? Is there anything else that I should check (besides a generall overall regular new car checkout)?
