turbo opinion

hi guys, i am here just asking for people advice or opinion...
some people here might have seen few of my threads before about my turbo, which is mazsport turbo kit...with everything upgraded...
now, my second engine is being built ported and using RX7 Superseals, not bridge port because i don't like the hassle with high RPM and street use.
i have the piping to move the turbo from type 1(low mount) to type 3 (top mount).

now the question, KDR is doing my engine, and i am planning to use GT35, and he is ok with that. what do you guys think ? is it too big? i have to see it again the picture how big it is......please give some advice, or may be T67 like i have right now, but i don't know the spec....
can anybody help here or give me advice?
the engine will be ready by next month, i hope
steven

A t67 is a lot bigger than a Gt35R. The compressor inducer is 66.7mm on the T67 and 61mm on the Gt35R. I am not real familiar with the mazsport kit, but neither of those turbos off the shelf would fit down low.

mmm, i don't know, but i believe my turbo is T67 from mazsport, and i have the kit to move the turbo to the TOP, so i am thinking about kind of turbo....just incase some people here have some opinion toward the turbo....

i dont know, i assume that i can use different type of turbo? may be because i just wanna be different....
brettus, what do you think? what turbo do you think is good for external wastegate that can fit in our engine bay? i think you see mazsport type 3 in the website, you see how it's located...just out of curiosity...
i saw my friend's GT35, i don't think it will fit becuase the COLD side is really big..LOL

If this is a problem with your system, we offer a Gt35R stuffed into a To4E compressor housing. Standard compressor housing is a TO4S on the Gt35R. If the GT35R is bought through us there is no additional charge for Rx8 forum members.

Well That mazsport turbo is supposed to be fairly large although no-one seems to know the exact specs. so I think if you are wanting 360whp ish that you already have the turbo to do it . Going bigger will not necessarily give you a better power curve for the street .
