to jack up the car mate... do you see the jack just behind the front wheel

It is a quick way to jack up and change tyre. F1 has it, Le Mans cars has it, GT cars has it. You can have it too - no market for it as lucky people like me only use it once in the car's live

It's for the hydraulic jacks mounted on/in the car's chassis.
