I have been reading around these posts and my '04 is having a couple problems. Just got new plugs and coils, water pump, emission leak code but I hear its more than likely the gas cap. I need to do a decarb cause it sounds horrible accelerating in the mid-rpm's. It occassionly will not start which makes me think the battery but after a couple of times it finally does start which gives way to a rough idle. also, during sharp turns after I start it up in the morning, brake light on the dash lights up. It goes off and on for about an hour corresponding to the sharp curves/turns I take. I know this is alot of random information to digest and not in good orde, but does anyone have any ideas?

thanks a bunch!

Check the battery for a loose cable and/or the battery clamp missing.
As for the other problem, if it is the cat, you should get a CEL (eventually). Try getting the engine codes read and check back. Many of the local auto parts stores will read these codes for you.
