Bolt-ons and Effect on PCM Tuning

Ideally looking for somebody with the same combination as mine..

Recently purchased an '07 MT with a few mods, and unsure what combination to run. Currently the car has: AEM CAI, Agency Underdrive Pulley, Racing Beat Reflash, and one more thing - a certain vacuum line has been disconnected; I forget what the previous owner called the mod but as he described it, I believe it involved preventing the engine from injecting coolant into the intake, in order to lower intake temps?

The car runs fine and pulls hard (compared to the stock 8's I've driven), but there was also a COBB AP included, which recommends the stock intake and no other mods. My question is, although minor changes, does anyone have experience concerning these mods and their effect on either an RB reflash or the baseline maps on the COBB (not about to pay $300 for a tune). Should I run it as-is with the RB, or install the stock intake (and pulley?) and run the baseline AP maps?

Looking for smooth running and an efficient combination of parts, not full-out performance or user-defined access (meaning I'm not about to mess with the AP).

The fix is removing the coolant flow through the throttle body...results in lower IAT when the ambient temps are high

As for the mods..they will have a small difference in the tune..but not one that the fuel trim adjustments won;t correct for

If you want top performance out of the mods though..a custom tune will be the only way to make it perfect
