So one of our Vegas mambers had lack of power cant rev over 3k rpms motor sounds like shat. We think the C.A.T. was shot. So we poped some Seafoam in that bad boy and wham o! geter done. No more lack of power issues :smoker:

That doesn't sound like carbon build up, sounds more like the car was in limp mode. Hmmm...

Glad the car is doing better now.

Have you checked the battery terminals to see if they were tight?
Had that happen with a local recently.

And fix your code reader. your missing the last digit.

Jedi54 Yeah man I really dont know what it was but what ever it was is gone. For now. Lets hope for good.

Jon316G I moved the battery cover up and down and the terminals wires did not move anymore that they should nore did I see/hear any change in the idle.

nycgps Bingo! thats what we are thinking. I told her to take it in and tell them "loss of power, car will not go over 3k rpms"

I had a P0000 code come up on a digital gauge reader. The only problem I had at the time was I was loosing my ABS and DSC. However it mysteriously fixed itself in the afternoon session.

Any thoughts?
