well since all the other ones are crap either get the tokicos
or get some ksports off ebay for 950
but if u want good coilovers save up your money and go with stance for 1300

Springs / Set Up / Height / Usage wether daily or Autocross etc... ?

Just trying to get into the details to help other who can't really invest as most others

amazing how many people have been running tein basics on track for years.. and yet the continue to work just fine..

i dont run them.. but i know more than two people that have run them for a long while..

i can't compare to the others, but i have the basics, and i like em. they were cheap. they drop pretty low (i have mine at 1in all around). they eliminate that horrible body roll. the ride is forgiving in daily use.
if i was really going to get competitive, i would want something more. but since i'm not, these are great.

 

Can't go wrong with Tein.

 

The Megan on my car is doing good...
compare to my Mazdaspeed shocks and springs...
i got 3 seconds faster in the same track...

 

coilovers are overrated...

there are other alternatives to accomplish the same thing if you look hard enough for a given sey-up you want to drive...just ask some track/autox ****** whats nice.

to me, coilovers are often not used to its optimum, so they are not superior in my opinion...
just ask how many owners with high dollar coilovers that only occasionally track have ever paid to have the suspension tuned and corner balanced?

so to me... you pay big prices for big features, but are you ready to play big?

 

I aggree if u spend the money on coilovers and ur just a DD then u shouldnt even bother get springs unless ur spending top dollar to have them tuned properly for the track ur running at....get Springs like the rest of us hoodrats.
