NY FatMat Mega Mat Butyl Deadener

Just ordered 50 sq feet price shipped 130.00

Has anyone ever used this before?
Is it really a cheaper version of Dynomat extreme?
Tips -n-Tricks for installation?
Will this help me keep out the heat from my tranny / exhaust?

Well this was more for heat shielding than it was for sound deadening, but maybe will give you an idea.

That stuff is usually quite heavy - how much did your 50 sq.ft. weigh?
